Black or Blue Screen While Playing Blu-Ray

When playing Blu-Ray movie with Dell™ Media Direct™ 4.0, video playback may be either blank or black video screen but audio playback is fine.

This issue is only seen with Broadcom® Blu-Ray Disc (BD) accelerator card device driver version 1.0.3.

Resolution :

Download Broadcom Blu-Ray Accelerator card device driver version 1.0.4 or later to resolve this issue.

If the issue does not get resolved by upgrading the driver, continue troubleshooting using the Blu-Ray Movie Playback Problems
