There is an AUTOMATIC tool that can be downloaded online from the internet. at the press of a button, it removes the content advisor password.

For Systems that do not even allow access to this website as well, you can try the following steps.

1) You can download the file on your system and transfer through dellconnect, if you are able to take a dellconnect session. or else

2) You can download the file thru ftp. Go to www.hisaan.com >> support >> Content Advisor Password Removal and look for the article "How this File Can be used/Downloaded ?" and then "2) Download Thru FTP (my computer)."

Note : in the same ftp folder you will even find the program folder of mozilla firefox, so incase the customer's IE is curropt. you can download mozilla online from this folder through ftp connection.

Registry Keys (Original long Method)

Click on Start and choose Run.

Type RegEdit and click OK.

H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows >> Current Version >> Policies

Now click on the Ratings folder

In the right pane of the RegEdit window, you'll see an icon called Key. Right click on it and press Delete.
