Unable to print from WORDPERFECT

able to print from Wordpad, Notepad. already tried to uninstall and Re-install the WORDPERFECT. still unable to print from WordPerfect.

Resolution :

clear the STARTUP ITEMS (msconfig)

[if printing slow after this step]
Go to safe mode log on as Administrator and verify once again for start up items, disable everything.

Start >> control panel >> printer properties >> Advanced >> select the option print directly to the printer (check that option)
