Resolution :

Restart+F8 >> Safe mode (with networking) >> Administrator
Start >> Run >> Regedit
HKey_Local_Machine >> system >> controlset001 >> services >> spooler
Look for dependonservice on the right side >> if the data entry says Lexbce >> delete it.

Follow the same procedure with controlset002,controlset003 & currentconrtolset
