Resolution :

Delete the file MediaID.bin which would generally be of 1kb size from the Recovery Drive (D:)

If deleting this file doesn’t help, check for folders of 0 byte size and delete them. There might be two of such folders.

If the above does not resolve the problem pls perform the steps below :

Delete all the folders from the Recovery Drive except Sources& Tools

Note : To prevent this problem from re- occurring please perform the steps below :
1) Open System Properties windows
2) Click System Protection on the left hand side
3) Uncheck the box besides Recovery Drive (D:) under the Automatic Restore Points
