Method 1

Restart+F8 >> Safe Mode (with networking)
Start >> Run >> Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SYSTEM >> ControlSet001 >> Services >> Intelppm
Look for Start Entry on the Right side >> right-click Start entry >> Modify >> Value Data = 4 >> ok
Exit Registry Editor
Restart The computer


Method 2

Boot to Recovery Console
disable intelppm >> <Enter>
Exit >> <Enter>
