AutoPlay doesn't work

Resolution :

Start >> Run >> Services.msc >> Shell Hardware Detection >> Change type to Automatic & Started

Start >> Run >> Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SYSTEM >> CurrentControlSet >> Services >> Cdrom
Look on the right hand side for AutoRun, the value should be 1
